need urgent help with electric

we are about to get our electric shut off and I have been not been able to work due to bad health. I am a single mom and we do not receive child support like we are supposed to. we have a court date with him on sep 30,2009. Meanwhile our electric is due to be shut off by sep 16,2009 and no way possible to pay it. I have been trying to sell so many of our things but have had no luck so far so if anyone out there can please help us,we would be so grateful!
